While we understand wanting to know our pricing without having to ask, we do have to keep our detailed prices and rate sheets off of public viewing for a number of reasons. One of the biggest and most important reasons is because pricing varies based on needs, wants, locations, and budget. We like to really work with our clients so most of our quotes are custom anyway. Reach out to us via the booking page and we can talk about it!
As long as we have a deposit and a signed contract, absolutely!
Unfortunately we do not refund any deposits for cancellations. We’re happy to reschedule up to one time. Of course, we know things happen and we encourage open communication with our clients. If something comes up, let us know! We’re more than happy to talk about it.
Yes! Editing is included in your pricing. There will be a surcharge for any additional edit requests after the finals are sent to you.
For smaller projects like fashion or lifestyle shoots, it can take us up to two weeks. For larger projects like weddings, editorials, and heavily edited or custom videos, it can take up to four weeks – six weeks.
Yes, absolutely! For locations more than a forty mile radius, we will include the travel cost in your pricing. If the location further away or out of state, the client will be responsible for travel cost including but not limited to gas, lodging and/or flight accommodations.
In our experience, we’ve been able to get around shooting without having to obtain permits, or they have been at places with easily obtainable permits. Venues that do require permits must be taken care of by the client, not the photographer.
The raw, unedited files are unavailable for viewing or purchase. Compare this to asking a chef who cooked your dinner for the leftover ingredients–weird, right? The final images edited and sent to you are the best of the best, and anything we don’t send or might happen to not send you are truly outtakes and most likely don’t represent what we wanted to capture anyway.
We use a mix of different gear, depending on the project! Our core are Canon 6D camera bodies with a 35mm/50mm/and 20-125mm lens.
We love meet and greets! Video chats, meeting up for coffee, a conference call–let us know! We’re open to consultations. We know how important it is to vibe well with your photographer, and vice versa. If something feels off–no hard feelings! Every consultation will be approached with nothing but love and respect.
